Customers can book a four-hour in-store window to assemble their PC with guidance. We provide monitors, keyboards, and testing equipment. We help with the physical build, BIOS checks, first boot, and operating system installation.

Accessible and inclusive by design
Our build sessions are designed for everyone, including customers who want to be involved but may not be comfortable or physically able to complete every step alone. You can do as much or as little of the hands-on work as you want. We will guide the process, explain each step, and help with the parts that are difficult, uncomfortable, or inaccessible.
Need help before buying parts?
If you do not need the full in-store build session, we offer a one-hour build check and planning walkthrough for $50. We can review your parts list, discuss performance goals, suggest accessories, compare price points, and explain upgrade options. Additional time is billed at $75/hour.
Branded screwdrivers are included with the $200 guided build session or available separately for $15.

We support Windows and Linux. We will have test computers in the store so customers can try Linux distributions before deciding what to install. We can also help customers migrate from Windows to Linux without losing important data.

We can assist with data transfers and backup planning. Transfer assistance is billed hourly. Backup work may require the customer to purchase an appropriate recommended backup solution, such as an external drive, NAS, or other storage system.

We support small businesses, home offices, and homelab users with practical setup and troubleshooting. We can help with networking, Wi-Fi, server installations, DNS, domains, and getting website infrastructure connected so customers can start building their own websites.

Business, networking, server, DNS, and website connection services are scheduled project or support work. We are not a managed IT provider, we are not on call for ongoing support, and future support must be scheduled and billed like any new service.
